Winter Moot? Empty Winter Moot?

Post by Reflection Of Shadows Tue Jan 24, 2012 10:14 pm

Announcing a Moot for next game on 2/5 is a bit too late really, especially for people who do not frequent the boards. It might be a good idea to get Winter Moot out of the way before Spring comes though. Would people find 2/19 to be an acceptable day for Winter Moot?

The 19th should be plenty of time.

Our past couple moots have been 1-2 hours, which has felt a little rushed, but has been good. I love moots, but I'm hoping to bring 1-2 new players that game, and moots are rough for new players. Plus, there are only so many hours of game. Are people okay with that?

My question is who is going to be doing it, and is there any help they need to make it enjoyable and theatrical. :0

If the STs agree, I am sure the players would not object to having a slightly longer game if people feel the the allotted time is not adequate.
