What Lores are specifically banned in WP and what specialties are allowed? Do we Striders get Wraith Lore or what have you? Any Info would be nice.Thanks and have a gaian day.

Lores are typically handled on a case-by-case basis. The staff considers "Wraith Lore" to be an Ability that is intended for use by wraiths rather than Garou. "Ghost Lore" is a viable Ability (it will provide useful information about the Restless Dead but provides less detail on their internal workings) in Wyld Prophets can can readily be pursued.
